We will place a qualified tenant within the first 30 days of being listed on the market, otherwise your first month’s management fee is waived. This only applies if the property is listed for the lease rate we recommend.

Performance Guarantee

If you are unhappy with our performance, give us a chance to fix it and if we can’t, then you can cancel the contract anytime.

Lease Break Guarantee

If a tenant moved out or terminates their lease within the first 6 months of their lease, we will place another tenant without charging another leasing fee.

We believe in quality customer service. If for any reason you wish to discontinue your service with us, you can cancel your agreement at any time with no penalties.

Results Guarantee

With our results guarantee you don’t pay us until we show results! If we are leasing your property for you, we do all the work up front and you don’t pay us until you get a qualified resident. That means we aggressively market and show your property, screen the residents, handle all of the paperwork and perform a move-in inspection…all before we get paid anything.

Eviction Insurance

If an eviction is needed for a tenant we placed due to the rent default or breach of contract, we will pay the first $1,000 of eviction fees.
